We specialize in hydraulic passenger and freight elevators, vertical platform lifts, and dumbwaiters. We can schedule repairs, do surveys, and perform annual tests within days of you contacting our office.
Each individual conveyance system is unique when you take into consideration certain conditions, such as, age of equipment and elevator usage. Considering these conditions and others, we can determine which maintenance agreement fits your specific needs.
Ascend Elevator has two types of maintenance programs to meet our customers need:
LIMITED FULL MAINTENANCE
Monthly preventative maintenance visits
Regular time service calls (8 am - 4:30 pm)
All repairs covered
24 hr. emergency elevator phone monitoring service included
Overtime callbacks can be included or billed separately
Vandalism/acts of god are not included
OIL AND GREASE
Monthly or quarterly preventative maintenance visits as agreed upon
All repairs and service calls billed separately
24 hr emergency elevator phone monitoring service included
REPAIR
When emergency repairs are necessary we respond in a timely manner and take the necessary actions so that your elevator, dumbwaiter, or vertical platform lift can be put back in service. Our goal is to supply our customers with the most cost effective resolution to the problem, while minimizing downtime.
ANNUAL TESTING
The state requires that conveyances be tested annually. Ascend Elevator will perform all tests required and send them to the authority having jurisdiction.
